Hi there! I'm an Emmy-nominated Director and Art Director, and for the last fifteen years I've been working across animation, motion, advertising, and illustration. I've worked with clients like Google, Warby Parker, and The New York Times, and with studios and agencies including BUCK, m ss ng p eces, Imaginary Forces, and Arts & Letters.

I'm passionate about creative storytelling and can carry a project from concept to final delivery. I direct teams of animators and designers through production, and I love being hands-on with everything from motion design to illustration to compositing, to building presentations in Figma along the way. I've led teams through tight commercial timelines and self-produced my own films from script all the way to the final product.

I'm a clear communicator, calm under deadline pressure, and love working with creative people. I've sat on juries for the ADC Young Guns, Brooklyn Film Festival, and Society of Illustrators, and I co-founded the Richmond Animation Festival, now in its fourth year. I'm an ADC Young Gun, and my work has also been recognized by D&AD, CLIO, the Society of Illustrators, and American Illustration, and my films have screened at festivals around the world.

I also keep a fine art practice. My solo show Space Hotel opened at the Virginia Museum of Fine Arts in 2026, and this September I'll be showing the paintings at Conduit Gallery in Dallas. Also this year, I created an animated triptych for Seamless: Art and Design, the inaugural exhibition at Virginia MOCA, and I've made two animated installations with the Metropolitan Transportation Authority. I'm a 2026–2027 VMFA Painting Fellow.

After twelve years in New York, I'm now based in Richmond, VA and am open to freelance or full-time roles in animation direction, art direction, design and motion.
