A longtime Bon Appétit reader, I was thrilled to be commissioned to illustrate the article My Wife and I Went for a 19-Course Valentine's Day Dinner. She Tapped Out at Course 12. I had a lot of fun imagining the procession of molecular gastronomy courses in all their absurd, elaborate glory.
